How to Apply
Review the eligibility requirements, prepare your documents, and submit your application to the Atif Siddique Foundation scholarship committee.
Eligibility
Who can apply for the scholarship
To apply for a scholarship from the Atif Siddique Foundation, the applicant must meet the following requirements.
The applicant must be a cancer survivor or currently receiving treatment.
The applicant must be studying in high school or enrolled in an accredited college in India.
One letter of recommendation is required.
A signed statement from the applicant’s attending physician must verify the applicant’s medical history. Medical information will be kept confidential and reviewed only for application consideration.
Undergraduate or graduate scholarship applicants must submit a 500-word essay describing, “How has my experience with cancer impacted my life?”
The applicant must complete the scholarship application including a signature. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Proof of study or enrollment, such as a current student ID or admission letter
One letter of recommendation from a teacher, principal, or academic advisor
A 500-word personal essay, required for college applicants only
Essay prompt
