ATIF SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION’ is a registered charitable trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 that was formed to carry on the charitable, educational and social development activity.
‘ATIF SIDDIQUE FOUNDATION’ was formed in remembrance and as a honour to his late beloved son Atif in order to continue the legacy of charity giving within his family and to manage the charity causes as detailed in this deed.
Objectives of the Trust

- The trust shall be for public charitable purpose and the words “Charitable Purpose” mentioned herein shall have the meaning assigned to these words in section 2(15) of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
- The following are the purposes for which the income of the Trust shall be utilised:
Key Objectives
- To grant, pay or give scholarship, stipends, prizes, rewards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to help and encourage them in pursuing their studies in schools, colleges, educational institutions, technical institutions, art schools, institutions teaching commercial and other arts including teaching of cultural arts or language training, research or educational works in India and/ or abroad.
- To provide financial assistance and other support for the parents of those children suffering from terminal diseases such as childhood cancer and other diseases affecting children.
- To give, provide and/or render food, medicine and other help and/or assistance in any shape or form to the poor deserving and needy persons who are affected by life – threatening diseases.
- To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind to poor and/or destitute people, orphans, widows, etc.
- To give, provide and/or render help and assistance to and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and uplift of the poor
- To print and publish books, pamphlets, periodicals and newspaper articles in India or outside for i) spreading and advancement of education, ii) assisting care givers of the patients suffering from life-threatening disease, iii) spreading awareness on disease prevention, and iv)promoting the overall objectives of the Trust.
Other Objectives
- To help girls in indigent circumstances for the conduct of their marriage
- To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up of establishment, maintenance and/or running dharamsalas, wells, deep tube wells, tanks, roads, etc.
- To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run maintain, assist, finance, support and/or aid or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running hospitals, boarding houses, libraries, reading-rooms, gymnasium and other training and vocational institutes.
- To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance support and/or aid to or help in the setting up and/or maintaining and/or running schools and other institutions, orphanages, widow homes, lunatic asylums, poor houses or other establishments for relief and/or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/or destitute.
- To give, provide and/or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earth-quake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like, and to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, centres or persons doing relief work on such occasions.
- To give, provide, distribute blankets, rugs, woollen clothing, quilts of cotton, woollen, silk, or other varieties of cloths or other articles of necessity and facilities for the poor.
- To collaborate, promote, assist and/or maintain the activities by whosoever or wherever carried on in India in conformity with the objectives of the Trust , and that are conducive to the wellbeing and general welfare of the nation or are conducive for advancement of any object or objects of general public utility not involving/carrying on any activity for profit.
